Najib El Zoghbi
MSc (Mechatronic), BSc (Mechanical), MBA, PMP
Bid, ECI and Pre-Contracts Leader with over 24 years' experience in the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects valued from $10M to over $8B, specialising since 2020 in HV transmission, substations, wind farm and BESS grid connections. Has led Early Contractor Involvement engagements end to end from kick-off through design development, value engineering and constructability to priced offer and award, and headed the pre-contracts function of a Tier 1 energy business across transmission, storage and distribution. His career has been anchored in work-winning and bid leadership, with more than 15 years in pre-contracts, project development and Bid Director roles, and successful delivery across civil infrastructure, water infrastructure, resources and industrial facilities, and oil and gas infrastructure, in addition to major power and transmission projects.

Stephen Mayoh
BEng Electrical, Advanced Diploma Project Management, CPPD
Highly regarded leader in high-voltage transmission project delivery. Stephen brings 30 years of experience in the electricity supply and renewables industries, leading project development, design, construction and commissioning of large-scale infrastructure projects. He brings proven leadership across major transmission programs, including more recent landmark projects Hunter Transmission Project, Project EnergyConnect, CopperString and Eyre Peninsula Transmission Link. Stephen develops innovative solutions to integrate transmission projects onto networks, while working in environmentally and culturally sensitive areas, and collaborating with communities to derive lasting social and economic benefits.

Tim Williams
Bachelor of Commerce (BLaw), Dip. Project Mgmt.
Tim is a Commercial, Project and Procurement Management professional with over 20 years' experience in the design and construction of high-voltage transmission lines, substations and renewable energy connections. He has been commercially accountable for delivering more than $2 billion of HV infrastructure projects, including over 1,800km of transmission lines ranging from 132kV to 500kV, substation and transmission line augmentation, and wind farm balance of plant. Recent notable projects include Eyre Peninsula Link, Project EnergyConnect, CopperString and Ararat Wind Farm. Tim pairs extensive on-site, hands-on experience with end-to-end project expertise, and his commercial management style is grounded in the realities of developing and delivering complex infrastructure.
Engineering Director
Henok GebreMariam
BEng Electrical, CPENG
Chartered Electrical Engineer and Engineering Manager with 20 years of experience in the Australian utility sector, specialising in high-voltage substation design and delivery. Henok has successfully led the end-to-end delivery of numerous transmission and distribution substations ranging from 6.6kV to 500kV, along with complex grid-connection infrastructure for wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Before joining Transition Power, Henok built an extensive track record delivering critical substation rebuild and network-expansion projects for Victorian TNSP AusNet. He also served as an Engineering Manager at Downer, where he led multidisciplinary teams delivering design solutions for utility substations, transmission lines, and renewable grid connections, while spearheading design-bid leadership for major transmission and Balance of Plant (BoP) tenders.
